Additionally, they will analyze and implement processes to improve clinical efficiencies and stewardship, while supporting regional and facility-specific strategies.

About the Role:

The Cardiac Operations Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining an evidence-based, family-oriented care delivery model across the continuum of patient care. They will manage care by maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including associates, medical staff, and patients. The Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that services provided are responsive to patient needs and integral to the achievement of CHRISTUS Health's mission and vision.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 10 years of recent clinical experience in Cardiac Cath Lab environment
  • Minimum 7 years of recent Cardiac Services administration/management experience
  • Strong clinical background and leadership skills
  • BLS certification required, ACLS certification within 90 days of employment
  • Texas Department of Health (CMRT TDH) licensure preferred
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) registration or Registry eligible preferred
