Position Overview
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a qualified professional to join our team for the role of Front Desk Representative. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and remarkable customer experiences.
- Establish strong customer relationships and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and be proactive in problem-solving. In return, you can expect hourly pay, paid time off, and growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within our agency.
