Job Summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Auto Parts Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support store management in achieving assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level service to retail and installer customers, promoting company customer service programs and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Assist managers and installer service specialists in serving professional customers, completing assigned company training, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Process exchanges and returns, address customer complaints, and perform various daily operational tasks, including preparing merchandise returns and assisting with stock adjustments.
  • Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment, and perform in-store services for customers, such as installing wipers and testing charging systems.
  • Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries, meeting company driving eligibility requirements.
Requirements
  • Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, and weatherly index systems is desired, as is ASE certification and fluency in multiple languages.
