Description of the Job

This Bilingual RN position at the University of New Mexico Hospitals involves working within the nursing process to deliver direct care to patients. The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with patients and families from diverse backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver safe direct care to assigned patients as required
  • Document individualized care plans, incorporating age-specific considerations
  • Assist with special tests and procedures, ensuring proper consent has been obtained

Requirements:

  • RN license in New Mexico or reciprocal agreement state (essential)
  • 1 year directly related experience (essential)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish language skills (non-essential)

Salary Range:

$75,000 - $95,000 per year
