Low Voltage Systems Manager

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technician to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for enhancing job site productivity, ensuring high-quality work, and promoting a safe and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Safety and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company and client work site policies, as well as applicable codes and standards.
- Team Leadership: Proactively lead teams of 3-5 technicians and installers to complete project tasks, and provide training and guidance as needed.
- Installation and Testing: Install structured cabling systems, including all aspects of the installation process, and perform system testing and troubleshooting as required.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, technologies, and methodologies to enhance job performance and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; OSHA 30 certification and fiber optic association certifications preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2-5 years' work experience in structured cabling or a related industry/construction experience.
- Skills and Abilities: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to safety and quality.
