Mental Health America of Northern Kentucky and Southwest Ohio is seeking a Clinical Services Leader

We are dedicated to promoting mental health and working to prevent mental health challenges and substance use disorders through education, advocacy, and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative supervision for care management coordinators based on agency requirements.
  • Lead clinical services as the agency's expert in this area.
  • Identify service gaps and collaborate with leadership to create new programming or expand current services.
  • Attend and lead internal and external meetings to enhance team collaboration, address participant education needs, improve program results, and support team member wellness.
  • Direct data collection and reporting by interpreting data, providing strategic guidance, and working with leadership to drive continuous quality improvement.
  • Manage program budget, collaborating with staff and leadership to increase revenue as needed, ensure justifiable expenses, and plan for annual budgets.
Requirements:
  • Master's-level Counseling or Social Work degree.
  • Active clinician license with the state of Ohio; LSW, LISW, or LPCC. Preference given to applicants also licensed in Kentucky.
  • At least 3 years of experience including supervision provision.
  • Prior experience supervising staff and student interns preferred.
  • Non-profit experience is a plus.
  • Completion of Ohio Peer Recovery Supervisor Training or completion within 90 days of employment required.

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
