About the Role
The UC Health Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor will oversee the Ortho Trauma unit, ensuring excellent patient care and efficient patient flow while focusing on customer service and staff supervision.
As a leader in the clinical setting, this role requires knowledge of leadership principles and effective interpersonal communication skills. The RN Supervisor will provide input on staff evaluations, complete evaluations for their regular staff cohort, and assist with cost containment.
