Job Summary:

The Customer Service Manager is a key member of the 84 Lumber Company team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing regular updates on delivery schedules and tracking information.
  • Problem-Solving: Facilitate the resolution of problems and issues between customers and production teams, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded.
  • Order Management: Direct order entry and processing, ensuring that orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.
  • Support Services: Provide support to sales teams and customers with pricing information and other inquiries, ensuring that customers have access to the information they need to make informed decisions.

Requirements:
