Job Title: Store Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Store Manager to join our team at SMCP North America. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for developing a robust business strategy that drives sales growth, improves customer satisfaction, and enhances the overall store experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a business strategy that aligns with company goals and objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with corporate partners to ensure seamless communication and support

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of prior supervisory experience in luxury retail management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
