At ADVENT, we're looking for a skilled Patient Services Representative to join our team. As the face of our organization, you'll interact with patients at various stages of their treatment journey, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and accurately check them into our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system using established protocols.
  • Order Sleep Study devices and upload reports into our system.
  • Review future clinic schedules to ensure insurance and necessary patient documentation is complete.
  • Schedule patient appointments and answer call center calls to provide overflow coverage as needed.
  • Own the opening and closing of the clinic, ensuring documentation is completed and patient payments are received.
  • Order medical supplies and pharmaceuticals as needed, following established protocols.
  • Cross-train as a Medical Assistant to expand your skillset.
Requirements
  • Prior medical experience is preferred, but not required.
  • Proven ability to independently apply best practices in time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer service focus, with solid technology skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Electronic Health Records.
  • Great attention-to-detail and accuracy in work, with a solution-oriented problem-solving approach.
  • Strong work ethic, commitment to teamwork, and a positive attitude.
