We are seeking a skilled and analytical Real Estate Financial Analyst to support our team in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will evaluate and analyze the financial aspects of real estate investments and projects, assist in strategic decision-making, and support the overall financial management of our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Modeling and Analysis:

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for real estate investments and development projects, including pro forma analyses, discounted cash flow (DCF), and internal rate of return (IRR) calculations.
  • Perform valuation analyses and appraisals to assess the value and potential return on investment of various properties.

Investment Analysis:

  • Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential investment opportunities and assess associated risks and returns.
  • Analyze economic, demographic, and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

Reporting and Presentation:

  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders, including performance summaries, financial forecasts, and investment proposals.
