Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Governance Specialist to join our team at PMI. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with global privacy regulations and providing administrative support for legal activities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to something that makes a difference. You will be responsible for executing administrative support for legal activities, including corporate governance, legal records, and file maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for legal activities, including compliance with global privacy regulations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of legal documents and records.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to achieve collective objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and execution of plans.
Requirements
  • MUST have experience and understanding of privacy law.
  • MUST have demonstrated knowledge of and experience with specialty legal area (e.g. data privacy, corporate governance).
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Certification from a paralegal school.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a corporate legal department.

Salary Range

The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year, based on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
