- Efficiently process insurance applications, claims, and payments.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
- Manage administrative tasks and documentation related to customer interactions.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a comparable role (experience in the insurance sector is advantageous).
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is required, as this role involves interaction with clients who speak these languages.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Zendesk, Office 365, and Insurance CRMs is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer interactions.
- Exhibit a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
