Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Demonstrated customer service experience in a comparable role (experience in the insurance sector is advantageous).
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Russian or Ukrainian is required, as this role involves interaction with clients who speak these languages.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk, Office 365, and Insurance CRMs is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer interactions.
  • Exhibit a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.
