Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts fundamental structural analysis utilizing established analytical tools to ascertain the structural environment, attributes, and performance.
  • Assists in test execution and evaluates/reports test outcomes to confirm that systems and components fulfill requirements and specifications.
  • Defines and documents certification and test findings to validate for clients and regulatory bodies that requirements are met.
  • Aids in-service products by examining failures and analyzing enhancements. Operates under general supervision.

Onsite Requirement:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the specified location options.

Security Clearance:

This position necessitates the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, which requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.

  • An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 2+ years of experience in performing stress analysis using both manual calculations and finite element analysis tools.
  • Proficient in developing technical reports and presenting findings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An active U.S. Security Clearance within the last 24 months.
  • Experience in fatigue and damage tolerance analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in aircraft stress analysis/structural analysis.
  • Familiarity with Boeing analysis tools (CAESAR, Lifeworks, Mechanica, Common Structures Workstation).

Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., Master). Level 2: $76,500 - $103,500

Level 3: $95,200 - $128,800
