Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts fundamental structural analysis utilizing established analytical tools to ascertain the structural environment, attributes, and performance.
  • Assists in test execution and evaluates/reports test outcomes to confirm that systems and components fulfill requirements and specifications.
  • Defines and documents certification and test findings to validate for clients and regulatory bodies that requirements are met.
  • Aids in-service products by examining failures and analyzing enhancements. Operates under general supervision.

Onsite Requirement:

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the specified location options.

Security Clearance:

This position necessitates the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance, which requires US Citizenship as a condition of employment.

  • An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (including manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
  • 2+ years of experience in performing stress analysis using both manual calculations and finite element analysis tools.
  • Proficient in developing technical reports and presenting findings.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • An active U.S. Security Clearance within the last 24 months.
  • Experience in fatigue and damage tolerance analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in aircraft stress analysis/structural analysis.
  • Familiarity with Boeing analysis tools (CAESAR, Lifeworks, Mechanica, Common Structures Workstation).

Level 2: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 2 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., Master). In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

Level 3: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g., PhD, Master+3 years of related work experience). Level 2: $76,500 - $103,500

Level 3: $95,200 - $128,800

Level 4: $115,600 - $156,400
