Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care, working within the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, utilizing your bilingual skills to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in education and training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on the latest nursing practices and technologies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans, promoting patient-centered care and positive outcomes.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Current RN licensure in New Mexico or eligibility for reciprocal agreement.
- 1 year of direct nursing experience, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
- Bilingual English/Keres, Tewa, Tiwa, Towa, Zuni, or Navajo, or English/Spanish.
- CPR for Healthcare/BLS Provider certification, with Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification within 6 months.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to chemicals and biohazardous materials. Physical demands include heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
