Job Title: Registered Nurse
Job Summary: Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Mesa, AZ.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance improvement activities to ensure compliance with national and organizational standards of care.
- Monitor and maintain current knowledge of state regulations for nursing, medicine, and pharmacy as it relates to scope of practice for back-office personnel.
- Prepare the market for internal and external quality audits and lead the center response to any clinical deficiencies found.
Requirements:
- Specialization with the senior population preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years', current direct nursing/medical work experience required.
- Experience working within acute care required.
Benefits:
- Benefits Available: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, and more.
- Work schedule: Monday-Friday; no weekends.
- Pay: 82,000-92,000 per year (pay rate is based on experience).
