  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 quality management systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in quality management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience in the rolling stock and/or railroad industry.
  • Certified ISO auditor or Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
