Job Details

We are seeking a Finance Operations Manager. This role involves collaboration with all members of the Finance and Accounting Team.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage all facets of the general ledger and oversee a team of 3-5 direct reports
  • Conduct month-end closing processes and reporting for the parent organization
  • Supervise travel and expense management utilizing virtual card applications
  • Prepare expense allocations across various entities
  • Ensure compliance with ASC 842 Leases
  • Adjust and reconcile inter-company balance sheet accounts
  • Assist with cash reporting, forecasting, and bank account management
  • Support tax requests and projects
  • Aid in the preparation of audit support and requests from management
  • Assist with complex accounting transactions, including technical accounting changes and mergers and acquisitions
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements where feasible

Qualifications
  • 5-7 years of progressive experience, preferably with a focus on SaaS
  • Previous management experience is preferred
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP and proficiency in accounting principles
  • Familiarity with Intacct and/or SalesForce is advantageous
  • Exceptional data analysis skills and high proficiency in Excel are required
  • Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to understand the broader context
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, collaborate in a team environment, adapt quickly to change, and maintain a keen attention to detail
  • Capable of working independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a commitment to timely delivery in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on detail and task prioritization
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting; CPA designation preferred
