Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Gotcha Security, a rapidly growing security company in the Atlanta area. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify potential clients and sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in commercial businesses throughout the Atlanta area.
  • Present customized security solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.
  • Work closely with our estimating team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a direct selling role, preferably in the security or construction industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts, resolve conflicts, and facilitate challenging conversations.
Benefits:
  • $60,000 - $75,000 base salary, plus commission on sales.
