We are seeking a highly motivated and self-starting individual to join our team as a Sales & Business Development Executive. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

The primary function of this role is to bring in new clients, increase sales, and develop new relationships. You will be responsible for uncovering new business opportunities through emailing and calling target account lists, conducting on-site visits, making sales presentations, and attending industry-related trade shows and events.

We value hard work, initiative, and a sense of urgency. Our ideal candidate is confident, independent, and has the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. They can react and adjust quickly to changing conditions and come up with ideas for dealing with them.

Job Description
  • Uncover new business opportunities through emailing and calling target account lists.
  • Conduct on-site visits, make sales presentations, and attend industry-related trade shows and events.
  • Develop relationships via networking and demonstrate knowledge about our products and offerings.

We have a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary of $60,000 - $75,000 per year based on experience, plus commission. Our employees also receive recurring monthly revenue potential, company credit cards for company-related items, 2 weeks of paid time off, paid holidays, health benefits, and a hybrid work arrangement that includes remote work and client meetings/site visits.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of proven sales experience in a direct selling role.
  • 5+ years of selling CCTV, access control, intrusion, and fire protection to business clients (preferred).
  • 1-3 years of construction industry experience.
  • Must live in GA or plan to relocate.
  • History of developing relationships with GCs/ECs.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships.
  • Experience negotiating contracts, working through conflicts, and facilitating challenging conversations.
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
  • Meet/exceed the sales forecast and monthly projections.
  • Serve customers by listening and leading them through the sales process.
  • The ability to imagine and see a project from start to finish.
  • Create contract documents to clearly define the customer's expectations.
