Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Geriatric Long-Term Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for part-time or full-time Per Diem assignments in the area. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 months of recent experience as a Geriatric Long-Term Care LPN.

Position Requirements:
Must have 6 months of recent Geriatric Long-Term Care LPN experience in the last 24 months in a Nursing Home setting
Active Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse License required
Current BLS Certification required
