Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and identify individual needs
  • Develop and implement effective nursing interventions to promote patient recovery
  • Provide personalized care tailored to each patient's condition and age
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the medical record
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and revise patient care plans
  • Conduct quality improvement assessments to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse
  • CPR/BCLS certification, with ACLS preferred
  • CRRN certification preferred
  • Minimum six months' experience in a medical/surgical acute care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
