Qualifications
  • Education and Experience:
    • High School Diploma or equivalent required; College Degree preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience in a technical or supervisory role, ideally within the water filtration sector.
  • Technical Proficiency:
    • Strong understanding of water filtration media production processes.
    • Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.
    • Familiarity with electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
    • Experience in machine processing, troubleshooting, and metal fabrication.
    • Knowledge of VFD programming.

Working Environment
