About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Behavioral Health team at Mass General Brigham. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide nursing care to assigned patients, utilizing the nursing process to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric and geriatric nursing, with excellent technical, interpersonal, organizational, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care through the nursing process

Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • BLS certification
  • De-escalation training
  • Psychiatric and geriatric nursing experience
