About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a 2nd shift schedule. As a Contact Center Expert, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and resolving complex issues in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric mindset. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality solutions to our customers and help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A high school degree or equivalent
  • At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • A positive attitude and customer-centric mindset
