RN, Charge Nurse

Cassia is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to fill the role of Charge Nurse. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading by example, and fostering a positive work environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing individualized care plans.
- Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage medications, supplies, and equipment, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans that meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, ensuring timely communication with healthcare providers and family members.
- Current Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Strong nursing and leadership skills, with a focus on patient-centered care and team collaboration.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
