Lakeside Generations, a part of Cassia, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Charge Nurse (RN) to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents, leading a team of healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct resident care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and implementing individual care plans.
  • Lead and manage a team of nursing staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, ensuring seamless transitions and continuity of care.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records, including medication administration, vital signs, and resident progress.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

  • Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
