We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing repair assistance to dealers and technicians, improving customer satisfaction and fix-it-right-the-first-time performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide repair assistance on difficult-to-repair vehicles
  • Support product concern identification and resolution with Product Development and Quality teams
  • Provide support to Ford and Lincoln dealerships to improve their overall repair capability
  • Develop and author technical documents for publication
  • Ability to travel overnight, as required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Automotive Management, or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite
  • 1+ years of automotive experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ford specific Automotive Repair Technical Training
  • Automotive dealership or independent hands-on vehicle repair experience, Ford and/or Lincoln Brand
  • Ability to independently plan, organize, reorganize, prioritize and problem-solve
  • Professionalism including customer service/interface skills/experience
