ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Restaurant Operations Leader (whether as a General Manager or Assistant Manager), you will oversee the Meatcraft of your establishment. You will guide your Management Team and Staff through performance enhancement, employee engagement, and training programs.

Your responsibilities will include local marketing strategies and achieving sales and profitability targets, ensuring that your restaurant consistently delivers exceptional quality.


REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of six months to one year of experience in restaurant or retail management.
Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service.
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
