Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused Recruitment Specialist to enhance our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying, evaluating, and securing exceptional talent to fulfill our organizational requirements. Your contribution will be vital in building a strong workforce and ensuring we attract high-caliber candidates for diverse positions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with hiring managers to comprehend job specifications and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Identify potential candidates through various avenues, including job portals, social networks, and professional gatherings.
  • Review applications and conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and compatibility with the company culture.
  • Organize and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Maintain and refresh candidate databases and tracking systems.
  • Deliver prompt feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Assist in crafting job descriptions and recruitment materials.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to showcase the company and attract prospective candidates.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry associations.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition across various sectors including sales, engineering, safety, logistics, administration, and manufacturing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of recruitment methodologies and practices.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adaptable to change and receptive to constructive criticism.
  • Capability to handle multiple priorities and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their application in recruitment.

Technical Skills:

To excel in this role, candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.

Work Environment:

This position is based in a typical office setting.
