Position Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Recruitment Specialist to become a vital part of our Human Resources team at Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. The successful candidate will be tasked with identifying, evaluating, and securing exceptional talent to fulfill our organizational requirements. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping our workforce and ensuring we attract the most qualified candidates for diverse positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with hiring managers to comprehend job specifications and devise effective recruitment strategies.
- Identify potential candidates through a variety of channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking opportunities.
- Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Organize and coordinate interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate tracking systems and databases.
- Deliver timely feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist in crafting job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to enhance the company's visibility and attract prospective candidates.
- Establish and nurture relationships with external recruitment agencies and industry organizations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition across various sectors such as sales, engineering, safety, logistics, administration, and manufacturing.
- Strong grasp of recruitment methodologies and processes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Adaptable to change and receptive to constructive feedback.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their application in recruitment.
Technical Skills:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
Work Environment:
This position is based in a typical office setting.
