Position: Recruiter (Permanent Division)

Employment Type: This is a full-time Internal W2 position with Dexian.

Work Arrangement: This is a hybrid role requiring in-office attendance two times per week.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in recruiting for permanent/direct hire positions.
  • Extensive sourcing and recruiting experience for passive candidates.
  • Direct contact and collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Experience in both offshore and onshore recruiting is advantageous.
  • Proven ability to support sourcing, screening, and scheduling of prospective candidates.
  • Demonstrated success in closures and developing innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to build a personal candidate pipeline and strong networking capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Candidates with an engineering background and recruitment experience are preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Experience using an ATS system for candidate tracking (Bullhorn preferred).
  • Ability to create job descriptions based on specific requirements.
  • Understanding of contract agreements.
  • Ability to interpret job descriptions and adjust strategies for successful closures.
  • Knowledge of sourcing and mining techniques within the recruitment field.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Action-oriented and results-driven mindset.
  • Self-starter with effective management of multiple candidates, searches, and projects.
  • Ability to collaborate and work effectively with others.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop recruitment strategies aimed at identifying candidates through various tools.
  • Exceptional sourcing skills utilizing professional networking sites, blogging, and social media.
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through job portals such as Dice, Monster, and Career Builder.
  • Proficient in technical screening and evaluating candidates against specific IT requirements.
  • Extraction of suitable candidates from diverse sourcing channels.
  • Conduct phone screens via phone or video conference.
  • Engage with candidates and schedule interviews based on panel availability.
  • Monitor daily status reports on conversions and closures.
  • Maximize profitability by negotiating pay rates with consultants based on position requirements.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage workflow and resolve inquiries and issues with supervisors.
  • Maintain effective communication and organizational skills.
