Job Overview

SNI Companies is a leading staffing agency partnering with a top wholesale distributor of health supplements. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional support and assistance in both English and Spanish. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat in both English and Spanish.
  • Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
  • Processing orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately.
  • Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and availability.
  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies.
  • Participating in training sessions and team meetings as required.

Work Environment and Compensation

This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, with a starting wage of $17 per hour and potential for growth based on performance and experience.
