Customer Service Liaison

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or chat
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers
• Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1+ year of customer service experience
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
