Overview

GPAC seeks a seasoned Site Operations Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion. As the primary point of contact for clients, you will ensure timely delivery of high-quality results within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Manage and supervise commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate on-site construction teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Safety Protocols: Enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and regulations on all job sites to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and inspect work progress to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A minimum of three plus years of experience as a traveling superintendent in the commercial construction industry.
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and completing commercial construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate diverse teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, subcontractors, and team members.
  • A thorough understanding of construction processes, methods, and materials, with a focus on safety and quality.
