Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the Data & Analytics domain as an analyst, with a strong background in data analysis, reconciliation, and solution recommendation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate business and technical gathering sessions with business users and IT subject matter experts.
- Create detailed functional requirements and/or user stories, including non-functional requirements.
- Provide oversight as well as serve as the functional and technical lead during the development, testing, and implementation.
- Review user stories with developers and provide necessary clarification during the design and development.
- Work as a liaison between functional/business users and development team.
- Act as the first point of contact for Business users during UAT defects handling and act as a bridge between tech team/users to take defects to closure.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 years of experience in Data & Analytics domain as an analyst.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Azure Synapse.
- Must possess analytical ability to perform data analysis, reconcile defects, and recommend solutions.
- Ability to write complex SQL queries to analyze the data.
- At least 1-2 years of experience with Peoplesoft.
- Prior experience in producing FRDs and technical mapping documents.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis to gain understanding of application data systems, quality assurance processes, and business analysis skills.
- Experience with applications used in the legal domain like 3E, Compulaw, and Virecruit.
