Key Responsibilities

* Achieve new business production targets as set forth.

* Generate insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales primarily through phone and online communications.

* Approach each customer interaction as an opportunity for cross-selling and upselling, including financial products.

* Maintain a thorough understanding of and adhere to all underwriting, rating, and compliance protocols.

* Present and clarify insurance policy options based on the needs and goals of prospective clients.


Qualifications

- Must possess a proactive mindset, be resourceful, and open to coaching.

- Ability to build relationships from scratch and establish rapport.

- A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required.

- Life and Health insurance licensing is advantageous.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in operating a computer while engaging in conversations with potential clients.

- Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, with flexible scheduling options available.
