Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Neonatal Registered Nurse with a strong track record of providing high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Assessing neonates' health status and monitoring vital signs
  • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for neonates and their families
  • Performing neonatal assessments, including developmental screenings and feeding evaluations
  • Educating parents on newborn care, breastfeeding techniques, and neonatal health issues
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A current RN license
  • BLS certification
  • At least two years of recent experience in Neonatal nursing
  • Excellent communication and adaptability skills
