Job SummaryThis position offers an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, and advocating for the needs of our patients and families. Your expertise will help us advance evidence-based practice, improve patient outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized plans of care.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients and families, addressing their physical, emotional, and educational needs.
Stay up-to-date with best practices, research, and emerging trends in neonatal care, applying this knowledge to improve patient outcomes and quality of care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of policies, procedures, and education programs that enhance patient safety and satisfaction.
Foster a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication among team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
DNP or MSN degree in Nursing
Valid RN licensure in Arkansas or Compact State
Minimum 1 year of experience in NICU or related field
Certifications such as NNP-BC or RNC-NIC
