Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional engineering candidate to support yield enhancement, SoC test strategy, and interact with manufacturing partners. The ideal candidate will define and implement ATE programs, own the product from design to high volume production ramp, and collaborate with design teams to develop test strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support yield enhancement and SoC test strategy development

  • Develop and implement DFT techniques to optimize tester resources and minimize ATE test time
Requirements
  • Strong academic and technical background in electrical engineering
  • Coursework related to semiconductor manufacturing, testing, yield, or related areas
  • Professional attitude with ability to execute on multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Strong team player with good communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, open-mind behavior and can-do attitude
Preferred Experience
  • Hands-on experience with high-speed mixed signal SoC test program/hardware development
  • Collaboration with design teams to define test strategy and create test plans
  • Tester platform selection, design, and development of ATE hardware for wafer sort and final test
  • Familiarity with high-speed load board design techniques
  • Proven track record of implementing ATE patterns to optimize tester resources and minimize ATE test time

The base hourly pay for this role is $35-45. Your base pay will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
