  • Maintain accurate records of all travel reservations.
  • Stay up-to-date on travel industry trends and developments.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in the travel industry, with a preference for experience in reservations.
  • GDS (such as Amadeus, Sabre, etc.) experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Long-term legal work authorization in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Working Hours: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST

Probationary Period: 3 months
