  • Conducts detailed take-offs by managing all elements from take-off software, identifying and quantifying all essential concrete scope items.
  • Ensures the delivery of accurate project information to relevant stakeholders during the transition and planning stages.
  • Confirms that precise and thorough information is relayed to the operations team to facilitate effective execution planning.

Qualifications

  • Background in concrete estimation or currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and adept problem-solving abilities.
  • Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
