Job Overview:

We are seeking recent nursing graduates to join our team as RN Residents at Providence Medford Medical Center. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain real-world acute care experience under the guidance of preceptors and mentors.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care in a fast-paced acute care environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Participate in educational activities to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with colleagues and patients

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License (upon hire)
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (upon hire)
  • Newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less
