Position Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Catering Operations Supervisor to oversee and coordinate catering staff schedules, ensuring that all events are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage catering staff schedules to guarantee timely delivery, service, and cleanup of all functions.
  • Prepare and serve food at scheduled events under the guidance of the Catering Director.
  • Deliver food and beverages to various locations as needed.
  • Assess workload requirements based on catering orders.
  • Collaborate with event leaders to finalize setup arrangements and address any last-minute changes.
  • Engage with clients to resolve any service-related issues.
  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of menu items and instruct staff on expectations for catered events.
  • Assist in setting up rooms according to specifications.
  • Ensure proper presentation, portion control, and maintenance of serving temperatures, adhering to HACCP standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all equipment and supplies.
  • Follow approved recipes and production standards for food preparation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Applicants should possess a valid driver's license and may need to obtain a food handler's permit and/or alcohol servers permit as required by state law.
