Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive therapy plans, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on effective treatment strategies, promoting independence and empowerment.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to regulatory requirements, ensuring seamless transitions of care.
- Cultivate strong relationships with interdisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist, with a strong background in adult rehabilitation or pediatric settings.
- Possession of a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field is highly desirable.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist and Basic Life Support certification (AHA).
$65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
