Housekeeping Role Overview:
This position is responsible for upholding the cleanliness and hygiene of the facility, ensuring that visitors, residents, families, and staff have a favorable impression. Responsibilities include maintaining common areas, undertaking project cleaning, and performing seasonal cleaning tasks as assigned, along with regular cleaning in resident rooms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent and high-quality cleaning services to residents and staff.
- Adhere to established cleaning routines and schedules.
- Ensure resident apartments and laundry are cleaned and sanitized as per schedule.
- Maintain inventory for daily cleaning supplies and inform supervisors of any shortages.
- Assist in keeping all common areas tidy, clean, and safe.
- Follow the daily cleaning schedule to complete all tasks efficiently.
Qualifications:
