Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms and public areas
  • Clean and dust guestrooms, bathrooms, and public areas
  • Replace and provide linens as necessary
  • Restock supplies and maintain an organized cart
  • Provide exceptional guest service and respond to guest inquiries and concerns
  • Report room status and maintenance problems promptly
  • Perform basic maintenance skills, including plunging toilets and changing light bulbs
