We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Hospice Care Assistant to join our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide personalized care and support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care and support under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Successful completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) course required.
- Previous experience as a CNA/Home Health Aide preferred.
- CPR certification and ability to communicate effectively with patients and families required.
