Key Responsibilities

  • System Installation and Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components, including pipe-fitting, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sheet metal/pipe fabrication.
  • Coding Compliance and Quality Assurance: Maintain all building codes, installation requirements, and relevant legislation, ensuring that all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet environmental protection requirements.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare budgets, orders of supplies, and daily reports, while scheduling work in cooperation with other trades and suppliers.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Licensing: Hold a Journeyman license in Plumbing in the state of Kentucky.
  • Skills and Abilities: Possess analytical and problem-solving skills, effective verbal, presentation, and listening communications skills, as well as ability to work cooperatively with other trades.
