At Patient First, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated X-ray Technologist to join our team in Woodbury, NJ. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.

Responsibilities:
  • Obtain high-quality x-rays using correct positioning and radiation exposure techniques.
  • Implement safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure for patients, staff, and self.
  • Document x-ray images and create CD copies according to Patient First guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain x-ray equipment, including processing and imaging devices.
  • Use the automated medical records system to manage patient information and billing.
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff.
  • Assist with other duties as needed, including cleaning and maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Keyboarding experience required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • One year of clerical experience preferred.
  • One year of clinical experience preferred.
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
  • Licensed to practice in Diagnostic Radiography by the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection.
